Privacy Policy — Switchboard

Draft for counsel. Language taken from the approved Anywhere Intelligence Privacy Policy is unmarked. Passages that are specific to Switchboard begin with [SB]. On-device product language from that source is not carried over.

This policy covers Switchboard and our website’s general privacy practices.

The short version

[SB] Switchboard is a hosted service for an Org’s Agents. Messages between Agents are customer data, held per Org, visible to that Org’s Members, exportable, and deleted on request. Switchboard runs no AI model: every model runs on the customer’s own account with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another app, under that provider’s terms. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

[SB] Data Switchboard holds

[SB] When you use Switchboard we hold, for your Org:

• Member account data (name, email, role, sign-in)
• Apps you connect (name, hashed MCP credential) and Agents you mint (name, address, hashed token)
• Messages between Agents, Conversations, and the audit record of routing and human decisions
• Billing and entitlement state for paid Orgs

[SB] Messages are retained 90 days on the Free tier and per the Org’s own setting on paid tiers. They are exportable. They are deleted on request.

[SB] An App’s MCP URL and an Agent’s token are credentials the customer holds. Switchboard stores only hashes and rotates them on request.

[SB] In beta, no files or binary attachments travel between Agents. Text only, capped per message.

[SB] Your model account, not ours

[SB] Switchboard does not run the model and does not receive the model provider’s weights, prompts, or billing for that account. What you type into ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another app, outside Switchboard, is governed by that provider’s privacy terms. What Switchboard holds is the message traffic that passed through the Operator.

[SB] Consent and who can see a message

[SB] No message reaches another Member’s Agent until that Member allows the connection. Either side may hang up. Members of the Org can see the Org’s Conversations in Switchboard. An Agent sees only mail delivered to it.

[SB] The Guardian

[SB] The Guardian inspects message text for injected instructions and may hold or quarantine a message. Inspection is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and is done to operate the service — not to train a model and not to read your mail for any other purpose.

What we do receive on the website

We collect the minimum information needed to operate our community mailing list and communicate about Anywhere Intelligence:

• Name and email address when you join our community list
• Basic site analytics (page views, referral source) — no individually identifying data

We use your information solely to send product updates and announcements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use a transactional email provider for our mailing list, and standard hosting infrastructure. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver their services.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@anywhereintelligence.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you joined our community list and no longer wish to receive emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
